Multi-day tours

Multi-day tours are all tours or offers that extend over at least two whole days and also include overnight stays.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter of the contract shall be the offers described on our website. Any additional requests must be made in writing and are subject to mutual agreement. They shall only become part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

3. Booking request, booking confirmation and conclusion of contract

3.2 Booking confirmation

Only after written confirmation of the date and all essential information by e-mail from us, the booked tour is considered confirmed and binding for us.

The binding contract is concluded when the full invoice price has been paid within the payment period stated in the booking confirmation. The contract is binding for both parties.

Payments not made on time shall entitle us to withhold the services or terminate the contract.

The terms of payment for day and multi-day tours are described in the following two sections.

5.2 Terms of payment for day tours

Day tours must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the booking confirmation and invoice. If the tour is booked less than 7 days before the tour date, payment must be made immediately so that the total price is paid no later than one day before the start of the tour.

6 Cancellation by the customer

6.1 Fundamentals

The customer can withdraw from the contract at any time up to the start of the experience by submitting a written declaration to the provider. The date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the organizer is decisive for the cancellation fees. Once the booking has been made, the amount of the cancellation fee shall be calculated according to the following flat-rate percentages of the respective booking price:

6.2 Cancellation fees for day tours

  • up to 72 hours before the scheduled tour: cancellation free of charge
  • 48 - 24 hours before the scheduled tour: 30% of the total amount
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: 100% of the total amount

6.3 Cancellation fees for multi-day tours

  • 60 - 30 days before the planned tour: 25% of the total amount
  • 29 - 16 days before the planned tour: 50% of the total amount
  • 15 - 2 days before the planned tour: 75% of the total amount
  • 1 day before the planned tour: 100% of the total amount

For the multi-day tours, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in advance in case you are unable to participate for health reasons.

7. Cancellations by the provider

If we as the organizer have to cancel due to illness, illness of the dogs or other personal reasons that make it impossible to carry out the tour, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to us. Costs for travel, rental cars, hotel bookings, flight bookings etc. are excluded.

8. Program change

We reserve the right to make changes to the program if this is necessary due to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances. In principle, the tours take place in all weather and snow conditions.

However, should it not be possible to carry out the booked program properly on the day of the event due to force majeure or should the program endanger people and dogs, an alternative offer will be made.

The price will not be refunded or reduced.

9. Liability

Participation in our events is at your own risk and responsibility due to their adventurous nature. Events of this kind take place in the great outdoors, where every stay is associated with certain risks.

We accept no liability for weather conditions and other natural events that participants must expect.

No liability is accepted for psychological and physical ailments that were already present before the customer took part in an event.

Furthermore, we accept no liability for the soiling of clothing or items carried etc.

10 Limited liability

We are liable for injury to life, body and health if this is due to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us. Instructions given by the tour guide of "The Little Wolves" must be followed in all cases.

Contact with the dogs is only permitted in our presence.

11. Insurance

The participant is not insured by us as the organizer. Each participant is responsible for taking out adequate health and accident insurance (including sports accidents). Despite the expert and safe execution of the activities, accidents involving personal injury and/or damage to property cannot be ruled out. We accept no liability in the event of an accident. Participation is at your own risk.

12. Prevention of the fulfillment of the contract due to force majeure

Force majeure is defined as extraordinary, unforeseeable and unavoidable events that are beyond the organizer\'s control and prevent the fulfillment of the contract. Circumstances that the organizer could not have foreseen by reasonable means and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. These include war, threat of war, riots, strikes, official measures, acts of terrorism, natural or industrial disasters, epidemics, pandemics, fire, storms, flooding, closed airports or unforeseen changes by airlines or railroad companies, such as timetable changes.

During these conditions, the organizer is exempt from any liability or other consequences

13. Duties as a participant

Each participant undertakes to follow our instructions and rules that apply to animals, activities, accommodation, transfers, etc. You are liable for any damage resulting from your behavior.

Furthermore, each participant undertakes to treat our dogs with care and respect.

14. Participation

Participation requires a minimum level of personal suitability (e.g. height, age, weight, state of health, etc.). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

15. Final provisions

In the event that one or more of the above provisions should be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall, as far as possible, be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The same applies to any loopholes.
